"Absolutely the most horrible experience in my life! Went in there today with 2 other people. We sat down at a table, never could get a waitress so we went to the bar to order drinks. Finally got out of my chair to stop the waitress to order food. She was extremely rude telling me “ I can’t take your food order, you’ll have to order from the bar” so, I did just that I ordered from the bar. While waiting a woman came up to us and told us very rudely that the table was reserved and we would have to move, (no name on the table so, we were doing just as she asked, moving to another table that would seat 4 but, there was only 1 chair. As I walked back to the previous table to grab drinks to take to our new table the woman that was soo rude turned out to be the ACTUAL OWNER, Jessica!! (We asked to see the manager, she told us she was Jessica and, she was the owner. I asked for 2 more chairs, that’s when she told the 3 of us we needed to “leave the premises”. I literally asked her if she was for real asking us to leave and she said yes we needed to leave? The 3 of us were literally sitting there waiting on a friend who works there, to arrive, supporting a small business on a busy night yet, we were treated like common gutter trash. I will never go into this establishment again and I encourage EVERYONE to try a different local establishment in downtown Hot Springs. I’ve been in the establishment before and to be very Frank, their drink selection is horrible and their menu is extremely limited. There are plenty of other downtown establishments that actual value all of there customers. Business owners like “Jessica” put a hardship on other small businesses by conducting business in this manner."

"The purple milkshakes turn kids into crackheads, because they get so hooked, it causes arguments, theft from one another, and whining about wanting to revisit! It became so instantly loved, that we had to visit the North Little Rock restaurant to feed their addiction. So this joint was good. Food was very good. I'd give 5 stars, if not for the girls standing there staring at you, like they either didn't hear you correctly or didn't know how to answer your questions- just not punctual and not friendly."

"We stumbled on the Silk Road in hot springs sd on a road trip and returned to lunch the next day! the vegan loved his Aloo-Masala (hardened veg and kartoffel) and the vegetarian loved her Kali-Daal (black lenses boiled in tomaten wobbles) both meal times came with a generous serving of cube charus and naanbrot (vegan without the chutney), followed by a vegan baklava for dessert. The Pakistani fizzy softdrinks are absolutely incredible, not to miss!"

"Ordered around 7:50 on the app and when I got to the subway I got an email saying my ordered was canceled at 8:00 so I went over to ask the guy who was working and he originally said it was canceled because the store was closed when the order went through(they don't close till 9:00) then after after I said I placed it 5-10 minutes ago he then said they were out of meatballs androtisserie chicken, 2 things in my order. Which I think he was just saying that because he didn't wanna make the order andwanted to close an hour early."
