"The problem with Huelva is that it is not a tourist town and we found it difficult to get anything to eat between 4pm and 8pm. This restaurant is open all day and serves excellent Tapas. We went there twice, once in the evening where we tasted some delicious dried Tuna. The following lunchtime we returned for Tapas and unfortunately had to wait until the chef started work at 1.30pm before the full range of Tapas was available. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5."
