"My girlfriend went to get her nails done at Ivy Nails located in the same complex as Extreme. Before she went in we both had a margarita (on special) and a whiteclaw as well as some onion rings. The mixed drink was fantastic and you could choose your juice. The onion rings though, they were phenomenal. We had them with a side of pesto mayo and the house sauce and they were probably the best I've ever had. The location is also amazing, they have the perfect patio and it's a very short walk to the beach from this location. We will be back again!"

"Tried this place for the first time last night and was thoroughly impressed.Despite being quite busy, the nice lady who runs things said kindly advised she’d be right with me.As a first time customer (and burger connoisseur lol) I ordered a single patty with cheese plain, coupled with an order of fries and onion rings to get the whole experience.The young men who work here are extremely polite and friendly. This (in my opinion) is an indicator of a well run business who really looks after their employees which is important to me.Was initially surprised by the reasonable price of my order and once I saw the quantity and high quality of food I received I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Great food at a great value never goes out of style and I salute Papa’s Burgers for this.While chit chatting with the awesome lady who runs things I mentioned how good it smelled while waiting for my order. She said if you like burgers you’ll definitely be back. So it’s only been a day since my first Papa’s Burger experience and I’ll be back there today for another fine feed before I depart Parksville.Lastly they bring your take out order right out to your car. Such a nice added touch of customer care makes me a big supporter of this truly local business."

"After the saucy reply to my last 5 star review while travelling down island to Parksville for the Sandcastles we had to return for another review.Back to Lefty's for Sunday brunch and I ordered the classic Cesar and my usual 1/2 Benny. The Benny was good and soft, how I like it. The crispy tater tots were unexpected and greasy, so I would not order those again. The deep fried pickles and salad were more satisfying than the brunch. Cesar's are on the spicy side. So sorry, I have to drop to four stars, however, your servers are very good.Parking: Parking depends on time of day"

"Enjoyed dinner here yesterday. Chicken Satay was delicious (little cucumber salad on the side was awesome). Tom Yum soup was good as was the chicken Panang Curry. Pad Thai was spot on. Service was friendly!"

"Bradley's has an excellent variety of sandwiches, soups, coffee, teas and my favorite....oatmeal or bran muffins. We go there for lunch at least once a week. All staff are very friendly and the food is excellent."

"Prime rib dinner was to die for! Brie chicken was amazing! Appies were yummy! Service was beyond extreme. Atmosphere was very comfortable. Totally a great experience……..until we paid by visa and didn’t leave a tip. (We tip in cash) when the waiter sees the visa transaction he asks wheres the tip!!? totally turned me off and offended me. Tipped him $20 for our dinner regardless ?just saying we are local?"
