"Swiss cuisine seems to take the best from Germany and France. The entrees were well prepared and very rich and delicious. They have a dessert to die for: called Swiss Meringue or something like that. Meringue, whipped cream, and ice cream. Even the most health conscious people in our group finished the whole thing -- and it is huge."

"We enjoyed our breakfast at the 3rd Street so much that we returned there every day we were in Sidney. We were compelled to try all of the yummy offerings on the menu: the inventive bennies, the more traditional eggs any way, the pancakes with local fruit. The staff was friendly and welcoming. This place was recommended by the hotel where we stayed, and what a great find!"

"We wanted to go out for dinner for my birthday and be able to have some wine so we chose a restaurant within walking distance. This was it and it was a great choice. The menu had lots of choice, including several vegetarian options, which...we wanted. The pizzas are thin crust perfect. We ordered the marinated tomatoes and artichokes, spinach, roasted garlic, mozza on pesto sauce pizza and it was delicious. As a substitute for birthday cake we ordered the cheesecake of the day for dessert which happened to be cinnamon bun cheesecake. That sounds very strange, but it worked and was very good. The server and cooks were friendly and helpful, even though it turned out to be an unexpectedly busy Monday night. We will definitely be going back to try the other vegetarian pizzas – and maybe a cider or glass of wine or two."

"BACON! It?s so fun to order the bacon apply. Pints are fresh and frosty. Service can be really slow, but the food is good. When it is cold out watch out... sitting near the door is freezing. We really enjoy coming."
