"The only drink I have is hot water and today I went to Jamaica Blue Kawana with my friend. I asked for a hot water in a mug. The assistant didnt know what to do so asked another assistant who said NO they do not serve hot water. I could get a lemon tea or something like that but that is not what I drink. I was happy to pay for it. I went to another Jamaica Blue Cafe at the Plaza Maroochydore and they did not hesitate to serve me with a hot water at a small charge. Will I be going back to Jamaica Blue Kawana I dont think so"

"Two meals, 1 basic burger,nothing special, cold chips and a poke bowl with Salmon that was a waste of $18. Smallest bowl, half white rice, 8 small cubes of raw salmon, tomato, bits of avo, cucumber and dried noodles with soya sauce. No effort at all put in to food. Cut up like a childrens meal and tastless."

"Ordered takeaway from here last night for our family get together of 8. Pick up time was less than 30 mins which we thought was pretty good for such a big order.We all enjoyed our meals and only found the chicken satay to be less than enjoyable (big, orange and covered in a very gluggy "sauce")."

"This place has gone downhill since the new property. It used to be the best on the coast. Two days ago, I was hanging for hot chips. Only two employees in the shop who were more interested in talking to each other. It took 26 minutes...for a single service, other customers also talked about the long waiting period for their orders. At home, I went to chips, as I remember them, and I was disappointed with boy. There were some over boiled and some underboiled and those who were cooked were not so good. Actually, most of them threw out and I still have an annoyed belly. NIE again I'll buy from this store."
