"Well, this place is pretty pricey, but it is certainly worth it. Basically it is a craft beer bar located in the heart of Fremantle, but not only does it serve craft beer, it serves craft beer that is brewed on the premises. Okay, probably the term brewery is better than bar, but still, this place is pretty cool, and the beers are certainly quite good. The other thing is that the service was also good, though it did feel to be more focused on being a restaurant. However, it was a great place to sit down for a beer, even if the beer was a little more expensive than normal."

"Had the most incredible seafood feast at Nunzio's last night. Oysters two ways, marinated octopus, scallops, prawns, cuttlefish, clams, whole baked gold Band snapper, matched Italian wines - the whole experience was spectacular. Fresh seafood, incredible flavours and outstanding hospitality by host Nunzio and his attentive and considerate staff. Took out of state visitors with us who really enjoyed the magnificent food and experience and are already talking about flying back to WA for a significant celebration early next year. All round fantastic dining experience. Thoroughly recommended."

"Nothing to fault here for a Saturday afternoon snack. We were late but despite this we were welcomed and there were ample choices. We had a fab table outside with a great view while we enjoyed milkshakes, veggie aranchini, veggie slice, a toasted focaccia and a Caesar salad. A lovely way to spend some time on Saturday afternoon."

"The best part of this place is the street-side seating. the staff is friendly and helpful, but some of the choices are simply normal. I hadn't had much luck with the lunches, as they were pretty bland and/or oily, but nice enough for cake and coffee. I would still drink a coffee and just sit on the veranda, but probably after I had some lunch or breakfast somewhere."

"So much potential but empty cake cabinets let this place down.<br>
Maiden voyage to this café today. Was really looking forward to the gluten-free opera cake that one of the staff told me (via private message) would be available most days. Finally get there to be told that the opera cake is such hard work to make and doesn't sell very well so it's really only made to order. Only GF options today were orange + almond (sooo boring and predictable) + a choc soufflé. Major disappointment for my coeliac kids.<br>
What we did order was nice without being legendary, with the exception of the bacon leek + gruyere mini quiche ($8) which was really yummy and something to remember!<br>
The choc soufflé cake was smaller than expected for $7.50 but on the rich side so size didn't matter in the end. The mocha gateau ($7.90 per slice) was also quite rich and very tasty, with layers of mocha mousse in between choc cake. Lastly, we had a pistachio ganache tart ($5.50) which by all reports went down well but again, nothing any good patisserie couldn't serve up. Coffee was nicely made but too weak. Customer service was friendly.<br>
When we made the trip to Freo today, I was hoping to find a hidden gem of a café that offers something different to the norm. Exquise is definitely hidden -- it's in South Terrace Piazza, near the fairy shop and Into Camelot, just downstairs from where the original Gelare used to be. But sadly, it's not different enough for me."

"This place is fantastic! I get the $10 toasted sandwich and coffee lunch special all the time. The sandwiches are delicious and I've never had a bad coffee there. Possibly my favorite coffee in freo. The staff are also lovely and you only need 5 loyalty stamps to get a free coffee."
