"Always good food with a nice presentation. We ate outside on a cozy early summer evening. We started by ordering mussels (not as spicy as shown and very good) and the spinach salad with fried oysters - all excellent. The main courses of pork chop and duck were well prepared. The chard with tiny pieces of bacon with the duck was a nice change. The cherry compote was a bit overwhelming. Tried the Bonarda red wine (usually matured in stainless steel so that it lacked the soft, fruity taste), but returned to a reliable Malbec. Had a server in training that did a good job; Her mentor didn't smile much, which was disappointing. Overall, a pleasant meal."

"My wife and I had a little celebration in bouchon beverly hills in May 2016, after I got married, so when I heard that they were closing, we knew we had to dine here for the last time. as it turned out, we had the difference that we had the last table of very (each) at 9:45 o'clock, on December 23, 2017. the ambiente was calm and surprisingly emotional given the opportunity, many hugs between regular males and coworkers. the appetizer was a suppe a l 'oignon for my wife, as well as a 'competition plateau' of fresh seafood for the two of us. several mush and muddle, half a dozen oysters of different sorts (with 3 sauces and lemon,) two huge garnel and an incredibly juicy and juicy lobster. in particular the humectrals were exceptional in taste and texture. sublime. I love classic French dishes, and went with the poulet rôti (roasted chicken) in huh jus. it was beautifully presented (in a generous amount of 'jus', next to a small buck of sorted vegetables) despite such a typical / average dish (it is just hain) this made the chest part of the plate so moist and juicy I wondered how they do that excellent. the main meal was accompanied by a generous portion of truffle frit. that has always been one of our favorites in bouchon. finished with a special selection menu request: affogato. it is hard to bleed this, as it is such a simple recipe (espresso dipped on vanilleeis), but as expected, they led the dessert to perfection. they don't miss a beat. as if the meal was not perfect enough, our server jill composes our entire meal when we shared our history/ connection with the device. we were feeling grounded like Christmas came early! we've tipped them off. we live in L.A., but will make a point to visit their las Vegas/Yountville sites in the future when their franchise 't touch down in L.A. many thanks for the valuable memories and the fabulous show, bouchon bh! we are fans for living."
