"Overall, a pleasant dining experience. What I had was made well, and of high quality. The cocktails were the best part of the experience for me. And the most creative. I was a tad pricey, which is understandable, due to the quality. I was a little underwhelmed by the burger, but I probably should have gone with a seafood option."

"Catfish House lives up to its name! The catfish is very fresh, crisp, and tasty! I love the unique style of them cooked evenly to perfection. The staff is family oriented and welcomes family to eat in! I make the drive for their delicious fried catfish and shrimps. "I discovered this place near my job about a week and a half ago and ordered the pick 3 combo... it was DELICIOUS!!!. I decided to go back yesterday while on my lunch break and try something else on their menu since I had such a good experience the first time. I decided to order the oyster nachos and a cup of the crab bisque. The crab bisque was rich and decadent... full of flavor... absolutely would order again.... My oyster nachos... not so much... I go to pick up my food... I'm super excited about it... and I head off back to work as my lunch hour was almost over. I get to my break room and open my nachos.. and this is what was inside. FIVE chips... a tiiiiiny container of chipotle tartar sauce and what looks like an insane amount of pico de gallo for 5 chips. I was so hurt by this discovery especially because I didn't have time to go back to the restaurant and get my money back. I work 10 hour shifts and we have to take our lunches fairly early in order to provide proper coverage on our floor. I didn't get off work until 11pm and I sat at my desk sad and starving because this restaurants idea of nachos is 5 soggy stale chips and a handful of mushy oysters. I would have given 1 star but the bisque was good."

"Incredible dinner, Delicious food, Super friendly service!! We came for dinner and it was excellent!! From the very friendly service to the high quality of every dish, we couldn't have been happier with our dinner at Edoko!! We had the Beef Tataki, Salmon Carpaccio Salad, Foie Gras Gunkan, Tempura Mix, Yakitori, Toro Tartare Caviar, Rainbow Roll, Volcano Roll, and Salmon Lover Temaki. "There is no way to sufficiently praise this place with words alone. I was blown away. I was in town on business. Though I was the only white man in the place, I was never made to feel out of place. I would consider moving to Dallas just to have access to Mr Max’s fare. I ate there Thursday night. Im thinking of it now. Craving it. I’m tempted to hop on a plane and grab an order of the Japanese ramen in the light pork broth and a side of the fried tofu right now. Thank you for your hospitality and maintaining superlative standards, Mr Max. Some of us know quality and excellence straight away, and we know what goes into it. I look forward to many returnsit will be my first priority whenever I return to Dallas."
