So excited this location is open, makes it that much easier to get to a favorite spot. This new location is larger and roomier than other locations. The Staff was helpful and very attentive. What William Lee doesn't like about Hudson House:
The restaurant itself has a nice ambience and the staff is great. The only thing that doesn?t match the price is the actual food. I prefer more flavor. I believe the word, underwhelming, has been used several times in the reviews, and I would have to agree. The Mac n cheese was the only item that I took a picture of. "Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"
