"Went to Malarkeys a couple of weeks ago for my partners birthday and I can highly recommend! The menu is has a great twist on good Irish food. I had the monkfish and it was the best I have ever had! The vegetables and potatoes served with it were perfectly cooked and the corn on the cob was a lovely addition on the place. Portions were generous, but the taste of everything was simply exquisite. Siobhan was absolutely brilliant and very tentative ensuring we were ok for everything. I had contacted her prior to arrival about organising birthday candles on a dessert and she was most helpful. If you looking for good, fresh Irish food, perfectly prepared, look no further. It's clear that the chef has a passion for his cooking. Thanks to all at Malarkey's and we will definitely be back."

"I have been a big fan of East Pier in previous years. Unfortunately it has gone completely down hill. Portion sizes are tiny, quality has decreased and prices are through the roof. No homemade tartare sauce, no lemon wedge and poor customer service."

"Great for seafood. Steaks look good, but was meat was too tough. So stick to the seafood. Mussels and the black sole off the bone was very fresh and tasty. A good place for a brisk but warm tasty meal."

"Had dinner here as part of a 1 night stay in the hotel. From start to the finish, this was excellent. The waiters were friendly and attentive, atmosphere was relaxed, and the menu was varied. Add to that a great wine list, and you are onto a winner."

"Amazing fish and chips, maybe one of the best ever tried! You can pick among haddock, hake and cod. We went with haddock as suggested by the waitress and didn’t regret our choice. Also, nice and quick service."
