"Fantastic food ... terrific service. Went in tonight not knowing what to expect, and boy was I pleasantly surprised. The view from the street doesn't do it justice ... this is a nice, cozy restaurant with great atmosphere.<br <br Upon arrival we were served bread and chips salsa. Chips are home made (nice touch), and the salsa was terrific. Not sure of all the ingredients in there, but this salsa is not as chunky as Mexican, and not as spicy. But it was tasty, that's for sure. For an appetizer we ordered a special tapas plate fried provolone ... it was great, well seasoned and not as salty as some greek (saganaki) alternatives. <br <br For the mains we had the skirt steak and the garlic shrimp simple and delicious. The skirt steak was excellent well marinated and seasoned, cooked perfectly to medium rare. The steak was seasoned with garlic and brushed with a hint of butter, and came accompanied by roasted vegetables and delicious garlic potatoes. The garlic shrimp came sizzling on a hot skillet and were accompanied by fragrant rice and roasted vegetables. The shrimp were fair size and deveined ... well executed, again.<br <br Overall a very pleasant, terrific tasting experience. The service was fast and friendly and helpful when asked. Well done. "The service was great, the server gave great recommendations. They had a special place where one could get an appetizer, two plates and a dessert for $35, so one of us did this and the other little plate got. The Lambskewer was by far my favorite. The bread melts in my mouth. The patatas bravas were well seasoned. Would definitely try more in the future!"
