"We ordered the little paella and the pig with Chimichurri sauce. the portions were definitiw enough to satisfy two hungry adult with quite large appetit. the paella scored a 10 on the presentation and around a 7 8 on taste. it was, in my opinion, slightly dirty, but in general it was quite good. I asked for a hot sauce with mine. the black had even more tastes. big and quick service will try again their other dishes."

"Bulla Gastrobar was a nice twist from a normal brunch spot in Charlotte. The type of cuisine helps sperate themselves from others. The pricing was absolutely remarkable for a build your own mimosas and the three course meal. Although, the service was a bit slow. We were accommodated for the versus dietary restrictions within my party. However, the food lacked a bit of flavor. Salt is a binder for a lot of other seasonings and without it; food rarely taste good. There wasn't any salt or pepper on the table and asking for it was like pulling teeth. Other than that, Bulla was definitely a place everyone should enjoy if you like brunch."

"I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my dinner with friends here last night 12/17/21. From the atmosphere and the ambience to the service and the food. everything was amazing. Our waiter Andy was exceptional and the whole food (we literally had almost every small plate and a few of the big) was delicious... Hats off to cook last night. so spectacular dishes to our table so fast and nothing was subpar is an amazing effort.. Our favorites were the pig bell, the short ribs, Street Mais fritte, Paella and the potatoes. Even the tuna shell that is like a sushi dish and I don't eat sushi was delish Pictures not do it justice because we started to eat and forget about most of them, even get pictures, but here are the few we managed to get.. Not included is the delicious chocolate ice cream and delicious pomegranate. Including a picture of our waiter Andy when you can sit in his area.. p.s. he had his mask all the time, he just pulled down to grab this picture. The bar was amazing and drinks were delish "

"What a lovely experience. The bar tender was the best in Charlotte. The food was exceptional. The decor was top notch. I will be back. And when I do, I'll order the olives and the croquettes. And I'll get 7 glasses of the sangria because whether it is red or white; it is delicious, not too sweet, and apparently full of fruit infused rum."

"Always a pleasure to venture to this culinary gem in downtown Charlotte. Was our first time having brunch. It was wonderful- very flavorful shrimp paella with Bloody Mary and expresso Martini cocktails- delicious! Our guests had Benedict omelette which also looked tasty. The waitress was kind, helpful with suggestions and eager to be of service."

"This is a pretty good Spanish tapas place. I think the best strategy when you come here is to come with a group and order a bunch of tapas to share. I've been here a few times and there are a lot of good things in the menu. The chiles rellenos (stuffed peppers), croquettes, churrasco (skirt steak), and the crispy beef dishes are some of my favorites. The empanadas and garlic shrimp are also very good. This time they had a chorizo special that I was really disappointed by. I'm used to it being juicy and flavorful, but it was a link and very dry. The service is really good. They are attentive and food comes out as it is ready. They take reservations, but there's usually not a wait when I'm there. It's a pretty small, cute little place. Being tapas style, the price can start to add up, but it's worth it for a special occasion. This is a great place to go for dinner before a play or show. It's less than a block away from Belk Theater. If you're in the area, I would recommend checking it out!"
