"I go to this pret as my brunch spot at uni nearly everyday recently. This morning I picked my baguettes and when I was trying to pay, I found out that I left my wallet at home with all my cash and my cards in it. The line behind me was so long and I was totally embarrassed. The blond lady there was so nice and after waiting patiently for me digging my bag, she said it's alright don't panic you can have it for free. I couldn't express my gratitude enough for her kindness and consideration for other's little dignity when things like that happened. I promised her I will come back tomorrow to pay and I will. Loads of thanks and respect for this lady and a pret like this. Definitely have to come the following everyday!"

"The limited vegan options at Pinkman’s are indisputably delicious. I had the avocado on toast and it was so delicious; with a sweet chili sauce it was amazing. the brot was so fresh and the avocado smash was so unusual, but delicious. I also had the vegan chocolate dripping cake, which was a decent vegan cake option. so much I have the items I have tried here, they have very limited vegan options. they have in the rule only 2 cake options and the avocado next to another dish is the only vegan option also. your menu, as I know, never changes; so I do not visit this place often because it can get boring. I would still recommend if they were looking for a decent brunch in bristol. also the vibes of the bakery are great."

"Waiters were great.. we had 2 birthdays and they were written after amazing.. small treat cakes with happy birthday on the dish in chocolate.. and a glass of bubble for them! You feel special! They lighted our candles and brought out our birthday cakes. There were no Scotch eggs we saw at the other Hotel de vin in Clifton. My favorite men! We had an unfortunate seat looking at the fire exit doors. but everything else was crushed. Thank you."

"My husband and I visited Friday night. Although we were busy, we could get a table easy. The bar was well equipped, many local choices always a plus. Also a proper coffee machine. Dream. The menu was short, but had some really nice options, so we decided to share a few between us. The highlights were the famous steak for me and my husband loved the kimchi loaded potatoes. Yeah, unloaded pommes, loaded potatoes. Absolutely annoying. After we had such nice food, we could not taste the dessert menus we had with the Pecan pie and Croissant cake (with Custard). Honestly, the Croissant cake was probably the best I ever put in my mouth. We had this a few weeks ago and I've been thinking about it every day. My only reluctance to have it back would be if it just didn't miss it again. The best food I've had for a long time. Extra stars for the Croissant cake. I could write a whole review of this cake. It will live free in my head forever. Updated by previous rating on 2023 03 31"
