"Friendly helpful staff we ho have a good sense of humour ,the food very nice indeed and well cooked and generous portions , outdoor and indoor seating with the outdoor covered by the shopping arcades glass roof ,seats outside all include blankets incase of cold weather and they automatically removed chairs to accommodate my partners wheelchair ,very helpful people"

"Travelling in the area we were amazed that most food places were closed on a Tuesday lunchtime so went back to the old faithful ‘spoons, which was busy. Ale festival choice of beers was very poor, I think only one or two extra but food was what it said it was, certainly no more and no less, the chicken and bacon panini was but light on filling but overall you know what you’re getting. Could do with some new tables, looked rather battered"

"I came last week with my friend and we really enjoyed our paninis, so delicious. I'm a coffee lover and their was just amazing. Owner and all staff were very friendly and always helpful if needed. "This was the time we'd been to the restaurant while visiting the Eureka National Museum of Science for Children which is less than minutes from the restaurant. The welcome is friendly and we found it is a great place to take our grandchildren...who love going to Eureka. There is a good choice of main courses and the children were happy with the options on the children's menu. My wife and I both had the fish pie, which was delicious. Our son had a beef sandwich and he said he really enjoyed it. The food is reasonably priced and the service attentive."

"Came here whilst on holiday in the area and me and my partner had the afternoon tea. There was a large car park at the side which made life easy as we came with our 3 dogs. Once inside we were given a friendly welcome by the staff there. We had cocktails with the lunch and staff member Ellie suggested a coconut cocktail and they were lovely! The dogs were also treated to a very nice dog treat which they thoroughly enjoyed. The afternoon tea had some lovely sandwiches and wraps and well as a nice selection of dessert items. If I could suggest anything, it is that they consider adding to the menu a savoury afternoon tea with sausage rolls, scotch eggs, halloumi fries ect... Overall great service with nice food and should I visit the area again I will certainly be returning here."
