"Not a fan of the chips. Skins on chips are not my thing. They sell jam and honey which is good. They store cake in fridge which makes it dry. Till staff didn't crack a smile. Lovely area tho. And country park next door is wonderful. Food is ok tho. Clean place. So a real mixed reviews. Great for a cuppa tea."

"For a very sexy night of fun cocktails, Noir in Marylebone is THE place to be. I had the chance to try two of their cocktails and two items from the menu and really enjoyed both. As the former location of Apres, Noir continues the edgy vibe of a cool club near Selfridges. The drinks are presented with flair and fun, and the mixes are damn good too. The Kiss Me Deadly could've killed me, but you'll have to visit my blog to see why... (search Sunny in London blog for all the dark, mysterious pictures and details)"

"I got it for the afternoon. we were greeted by suzanne and kim cordially, who could not do enough for us. our afternoon tea set was well presented in the right porcelain tea set. not the usual stainless steel pots and milk crust. when the food came up, the sandwiches were fresh and a good choice. we were located at other places where the sandwiches were all the night in the refrigerator. there were also small castors that we had never had on any earlier afternoons. a beautiful selection of cakes and a skorone, jam and cream. we were full when we were finished and would recommend this to everyone. points of 10 11 points. we will visit here much more often, as we have just drawn to the island and they also make much more different meal times and tribute shares."

"Really out on a limb so far as Canvey is concerned, I decided to walk and it took quite a time from the town, without many interesting landmarks. When you get there it's all fine good beer reasonable food. Kind of what you expect in any country pub. Service maybe a little brusque but effective. Seems popular and from what I saw, better than most on the island."
