"Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We both ordered the lunch combo with 1/2 sandwich and soup and it was a decent amount of food for the price. The turkey club is one of their signature items and I highly recommend it! We also ordered fried pickles as an appetizer but we weren't as impressed with those...they had a very heavy breading that didn't have much flavor. Our service was friendly and pretty quick."

"LOVE Penn Station! Each time I go I create my own sandwich they never disappoint! The fries are always cooked to order so they are nice and toasty! They do also have chocolate chunk cookies which are fairly large and yummy! They make cold and grilled subs so whatever your preference they got you covered! If you are a pickle person like I am, they have really good pickle slices, always ask for double pickles!! It doesn't cost extra!"

"We love Captain D’s but more often then not when we are here the staff is rude and never happy. It has been this way multiple times when we come here. My family doesn’t want to be here simply because of the way staff treats you. The staff also doesn’t where name tags so the problem can not be fixed when you are unaware of what staff is hateful to customers."

"I am a guest at this Panera location on a daily basis. Let me start off by saying there are times when the wait is long or they forget an item I ordered but it always depends on who is working and I understand mistakes happen. I am really here to commend them on part of their management team. There is one manager in particular that works during the day shift and she is an absolute treasure. Not only does she have my entire order memorized, even down to how many butter packets I like, she always greets myself and every guest with a smile you can see even with a mask on. She is always going above and beyond to help guest and today was no different. Panera should be very proud to have an employee like her. Today I witnessed a situation between her and a guest and just want to say she handled it professionally and never lost her genuine, kind spirit even when the young lady was being rude. Well done, ma'am. Keep up the good work, you're helping to make this a better location more every day."
