"Delicious food, cafe staff are very welcoming and hospitable! When we arrived, it looked like it was a very popular restaurant with many regular guests coming for their morning coffee. We had the Croque Madam and the French onion soup and it tasted like my French father made it! Would definitely recommend tasting their French onion soup!"

"Service was OK. The room was OK. Indoor swimming pool was good. The best part was The Darley restaurant, which can be done without being a guest of the hotel. We checked out the breakfast and decided to try our luck in town instead. I have yet to understand how the price for the room was high, especially given the other options in the area. We did willingly pay the higher price expecting that it would be comparatively better, but it wasn’t."

"My wife and i bought a coffee and Also a hot chocolate..... what a mistake.No friendly reception and poor service.The coffee i bought i had to poor into a drain and my wife only had one sip of her hot chocolate.Will never go back!!!!!"

"We booked for a 6pm sitting. Place soon filled up and we waited 50 minutes for our food. 3 Diners, 2 plates of pork belly which skin and fat layer were flabby and meat tough, obviously not cooked long enough and no care taken to crisp the skin or render the fat. Salmon dish was good. Blat potatoes not crispy, tasted like they had been cooked 10 hours before and re-heated in microwave. Absolutely terrible. Greek salad awful. Wilted salad leaves and tasteless olives. Fries were good and crispy. We were so hungry we ate it all and didn't dare send anything back because we thought we would wait another hour for food."

"Quality service, food and coffee . We were struggling to find a cafe that served a good breakfast in Katoomba but this one ticked all the boxes we enjoyed it so much we returned twice in two days! Our meals came out quickly despite...it being the busy long weekend. I had the vegetarian breakfast and the pesto mushrooms with poached eggs the next day, and couldn’t fault either one of them. Try and nab a window seat you can catch a bit of glorious early morning sun while you people watch."

"We had the 'Attack Pack ' which consisted of fish cocktails, calamari, prawn cutlets and chips. Fish was great and the calamari and prawns were nice. Also came back the next day to try the fish burger and it was good. Reasonable prices. Would come here again."
