"Belle halte vers le Nord ou le Sud...Détour incontournable pour déguster les "CAPUCINS" de la Famille BRAS. Le choix est varié avec toutes les saveurs de l'Aveyron, le pays du VRAI. Les mousses et glaces sont AUSSI à savourer sans parler des boissons pays. On peut y acheter quelques excellents produits de la région.l'accueil y est sympathique mais parfois un peu tendu. Normal, il y a du monde...Nous c'est notre "cantine" du route, un BARS ou rien et ça ne coute pas un...C'est le début de votre route vers le SUQUET de LAGUIOLE (restaurant de Sébastien BRAS à présent) ou le musée SOULAGES à RODEZ."

"Hier keer ik nooit meer terug. Het voorgerecht kon je naar believen nemen, maar ik ben maar één keer gegaan. Het stelde niet veel voor. Als hoofdgerecht had ik tonijn met allerlei groenten maar de tonijn was zodanig gebakken dat hij uit een doos zou kunnen komen en hadden voornamelijk een zure smaak, terwijl de groenten gewoon smakeloos waren. Het dessertbuffet bestond uit witte mousse, bruine mousse, île flotante (die je moeilijk binnen kreeg), weer een beekje met conserveperzikken, fruit uit dozen, enz. Kortom: het was gewoon niet te vreten. Ik ben niet kieskeurig, maar dit is het slechtste restaurant wat ik ooit bezocht."
