"I was a couple of days ago. The place is cozy and with a well-balanced ad hoc decoration. The reception was attentive and we quickly went to an ornamental table. We are provided with the menu and the reason for the visit, Chilean Sandwich. A series of sandwich with mechada, silver and lomo. We ordered a mechada two cheeses and a mechada from the field. The meat was exquisite and seasoned with precision. In the case of the two cheeses, the mechada makes a good company with the brown cheese and fresh. We accompany the Sandwich with Diem beer, finding available only the blonde version, will well serve in a cold glass. At the table, sauces available, highlighting the cilantro sauce and a 'attention' with onion in pickle available. In short a great experience, with prices that are in accordance with what is offered. I'd like a greater diversity of beers to pair."

"Saturday afternoon 3 and we arrived at the Palacio Del Vino, our orders were Merluza Apanada with rice and salad, Salmon with sauteed vegetables. While we waited for two heladitate and refreshing lemonades, and they took us to pick up the house with a piece of bread, I found great that they sell wine for a drink so they recommended us Chardonnay from a vineyard of White House and I craved from red they recommended a Shyra from a vineyard of Limari. From dessert flan with black sesame with raspberry sauce and caramel that at least I will be biting the spoon of how rich the only one was, but it became little.<br/>Luckily we were held by one of his owners, José Luis Rackes worked for years in the Viña Concha and Toro told us part of the history of place, that they do work with reserve at night so we stayed to try again."
