"Love eating here! Great food, awesome coffee, and friendly staff who are getting a second chance. Best chips I've had on or off the Island. Just try and avoid the lunchtime rush, as they're extremely busy then."

"What an absolute gem! Really loved this quirky little shop, more like something you'd find in Whitstable than Sheerness. So cosy on a wintery day. A great range of delicious teas, coffees, sandwiches and cakes with very reasonable prices. I had a pot of tea served in a vintage tea pot with vintage teacup and spoon, all so pretty. Also enjoyed a delicious cheese toastie. Soft retro music playing in the background and all the interesting little trinkets made for a really different and relaxing tea time experience. Please give this place a visit!"

"The food is extremely tasty and well cooked. The service was appalling. The place was virtually empty and still somehow the army of people in the team managed to ignore us consistently. We gave up trying to order more drinks and deserts."

"Visited for a casual Family lunch, Food was generally good and well presented. One of our party had a Chicken dish which after cutting appeared to be under cooked in the middle, with red Blood seeping, This was pointed out to staff who apologies, stated that the dish would not be charged on the bill and offered alternatives, Our party member chose a Nacho dish which she was happy to pay for as an alternative, when the replacement disc was served the staff member again apologised, and stated that the as a token of good will that the Nacho dish would be 'Free of Charge '. When the Bill was received, we paid 'Without checking '. After then looking closely at the bill we noticed that both the Chicken dish and the Nacho dish where charged and paid for, one of our party spoke to a staff member regarding this, who offered a part refund on chicken dish, stating 'half of the chicken dish had been eaten ' and 'the Nacho dish was not offered as free of charge ', staff attitude became rude and verbally aggressive with raised voices, and ended with a door being slammed by one staff member. Have eaten here many times in the past without problem, such a shame that we and our extended family, friends, and many business contact will not be back soon."
