"Worst experience I've had at any restaurant consistently. I have a very hard time believing that some of the good reviews this place has are from real paying customers. Ordered from here for office employees once a week for 2 months. The order was completely wrong almost every single time and when I politely ask them to fix it they would yell at me and tell me to go eat somewhere else. I got fed up and took their advice. Never wasting my money here again. We weren't even getting custom orders, we were ordering what's already right on the menu and they still got it wrong over and over."

"Sat upstairs for Valentines Day dinner. Noise level is much more tolerable then downstairs. French onion soup was amazing! Loved getting happy hour drink specials at the table too! Most places will only honor those at the bar"

"We needed to grab an early dinner before going to a show, and Roots delivered. The food was great, especially the Roots Chicken Sandwich and the Baked Brie. Add to that excellent, friendly service, which was the perfect beginning to the night. Then we come to find out that their dinner service is relatively new and they are known for brunch. We definitely have reasons to return."

"First time here but heard good things. Very nice, quaint atmosphere outside courtyard. Ordered a garden salad to share and a combo pizza, half puttanesca, half margarita. Both sides were great, puttanesca was a tasty combo with capers, kalamata olives, roasted garlic with a red sauce. Margarita traditional with mozzarella and San Marxano tomatoes. Crust was perfectly crunchy, thin but not too thin, and tasty. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend"
