"I wanted to celebrate my anniversary. Food and ambience was great. The service was good, it was a busy night so that not really get so much from a fast service. But it was expected. The only mistake was that nothing was done to congratulate our anniversary. Many restaurants will have a Champ greeting or a special decorated plate. But there was nothing like that. The night might have been something special, but we just left content. It was good, but it could have been better."

"The food was very tasty. I recommend the Parmigiano veal. Our server was personable and helpful with the menu. Since it was NYE, I was nervous about the seats available, but my wife and I were in a cabin that was comfortable enough for two other guests. The prices were very reasonable, but the food didn't suffer. All around a great experience and a great, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant."

"Our waitress was really sweet and very considerate. She realized I was not too crazy about the martini I had ordered the first time so she offered several times if I would like for her to make me a different kind, so she did. We order the Milanese Pizza with prosciutto and it was so good! My first time trying prosciutto and I loved it. I had the Tortelli al tartufo pasta...the first bite of it was AMAZING! The vibe in the restaurant is great. Very nice employees. We felt really welcomed! I will definitely come here again in the near future!"

"Food: 1. Risotto balls were pretty good. Order extra marinara if you like to dip a lot because they only provide a small condiment bowl. 2. Soup: we tried both soups on the menu, the minestrone (seasonal soup option) and the cappelletti in Brodo. We love soups, but both these options were lacking impactful flavor. The broths needed something more, so I would suggest passing on the soups. 3. We loved our main courses. We had the chicken marsala and the veal scaloppine. They were both tremendous and saved our experience, to be honest. They came with fresh vegetables. We suggest ordering a size of potatoes or something similar to go with it. We wished we had, but we're big guys. So my 3 stars is based on pretty good risotto balls, mediocre soup, and good main courses. Atmosphere: 1. Such a cute restaurant. Long and narrow with open brick walls. Nicely decorated for the holiday season. 2. Our waitress was so nice. She was attentive and ensured a pleasant experience. 3. Here's the one part we didn't appreciate. The host/maître d' was sitting at the bar in between seating people. It wasn't very busy as we were there at 6pm before a show. He started watching videos on this phone with the volume on full blast. I don't know if he is just that unaware or just doesn't care. Either way, he should be more aware he is impacting the experience of this guests. We were close to the bar and it so SOOOO distracting. It honestly ruined our experience. He did it multiple times throughout our dinner. So my 3 stars is based on a cute restaurant and nice wait staff, but horrible host/maître d'. My 5 stars for service is directed at our pleasant waitress and bus-person who kept our water glasses full without asking."
