"Covid made my first experience awkward. I also was in pain so this didn't help I was ten minutes late Sunday night and felt uncomfortable when told kitchen closes early after I apologised due to stress making me late.I came for relaxing time after work I ended up getting anxious . Food was delicious I understand businesses are doing it hard.. but service enthusiasm for a first time dine in would have made all the difference"

"The restaurant is located at the corner and the reservation is a must before you go there. We ended up taking a Take Out due to that and ordered Pasta in Creamy Sauce with vegetables and no sesame, folks were welcoming to our special dietary and customization request and it turned out to be one of the best pasta we had in the area. They had a bunch of other vegetarian options as well apart from Pasta and could be a good place for anyone looking for a fancy dinner."

"With so many amazing Italian restaurants throughout Auckland, I wouldn’t have expected to find my favorite one tucked away inside the SkyCity Hotel. "The friendly staff I've ever found in so many countries and restaurants. Customer service is on site. The food is very good, except that the bread was too small. My plate placed on the table have some black spot on it, but I am not with it, it is not a big problem, but it should be washed again or not to use it for customers. No other complaint"
