"Seriously, but this place is amazing. I've been looking for a long time fresh organic vegetables in this opposite. I do not want to go to a market at the weekend when the traffic sucks and I do not want to travel to makati when the traffic sucks (always) this place will supply fresh organic vegetables to their home door, to deliver free over 1500 pesos or for me it is only 80 pesos if their order is less than 1500 pesos. so it is very comfortable. I finished my first order last week and I enjoyed every bite every bite. they had the lists. tomaten, romaine, carrots, radishes, spinach, kartoffeln, paprika. I loved every bite, the quality was excellent, the delivery was excellent and professionally packed and delivered. they also have many other articles because they added me to their weekly food list text message and its complete list of what is fresh for the week. they carry all kinds of things, not just sweet. I didn't see any fruits, but they gave me veggie tofu and veggie burger who are excellent and cheap. so a simple way to add them to my diet because they taste wonderful and not break the bank. what a Jewel! When I joined the happy cow, I found this place and would never have known that he was here. thanks for the happy kuh and thanks them green quality! important upgrade to my vegetarian life"

"Millie's is named after the mother of the President of Microtel. Some of the dishes served in this resto is from the old recipes of Millie.

We dined at their UP Technohub branch. Their menu is basically hotel comfort food, meaning that the food is from around the globe. No specific region or cuisine that they specialize in.

The tasting event made us taste some of their lenten/monthly menus. We had their Pumpkin Soup, nice and light. Their Burrata is awesome, very simple. Nice gooey imported buffalo mozza filled with cheese, drizzled with oil and topped with cherry tomatoes.

They also served us their Marlin, Salmon, Hainanese chicken, and ribs for their main courses. The Marlin was cooked perfectly that was served with a mango salsa and mashed potato. The Salmon was cooked with a nice crust and served with lemon butter sauce. The Hainanese, is one of their popular dish, it was flavorful, abit dry. I, personally, wasn't fan of their Ribs. It's basting is very Asian in flavor, soy based.

For the desserts, the Panna cotta was a major fail for me. The texture is literally like gelatin. Too dense. Their gelato has creative flavors like orange swits (candy) and chili or the Flat Top and Chocnut. Flat Top and chocnut gelato was my favorite, because of the chocnut. :D

Millie's food is quite pricey for the food they serve and is just right for the hotel's menu. It could be a little better in terms of food quality and variety. It lacks identity and character. They could've served a more interesting comfort food to attract non-guest customers.

#TheFoodCrawlers #SplatMNL #OngsFoodprints
"

"A bit oily bt man the sisig from sisig hooray can really make you shout hooray. I passed by for some takeout for extra food for dinner and it is unhealthy for sure but once you statt you cant stop eating more. No wonder they have over 20 branches around metro manila now!

snapsnstories.blogspot.com"

"Millie's All-Day Dining will be added to my Under The Radar Good Eats List. The restaurant caters to not just the walk-in restaurant guests but also to all of Microtel UP Technohub's in-room dining and banquet services.

Millie's may be known for their international cuisine offerings such as their Prawns Thermidore, Grilled Marlin with Tropical Salsa, and Baby Back Ribs but they also offer Filipino food staples such as the Tinola, Sinigang, Adobo, Crispy Pata, etc all good for sharing for prices ranging from P300-P400.

China highly recommends the following from Millie's Menu:

•Burrata Caprese P550
(Really, really good Burrata cheese imported from Italy)

•Seafood Marinara P310

•Hainanese Chicken P350 (Even though they don't actually specialize in Singaporean cooking, this was actually pretty good)

•Artisan Gelato Siling Labuyo & Orange Swits P220 (A Bicolano foodie with me commented this was way better than the ones in Albay)

•Artisan Gelato Straciatella P220

•Mango Graham Smoothie P160 (Really good Mango Shake with Cheesecake, Whipped Cream, and Wafer Sticks.

"

"I love the ambiance of the place. It really corresponds to their name "Likha Diwa", especially when you eat there before 12 noon, where the place is quiet and one can mull things over the smell of freshly fallen leaves (because there's a lot of plants, shrubs of some sort). I just love the place. Another thing, there are pictures of rock formations in the restaurant. It kind of brings out the geologist in me. :3

About the food: I tried their vegetarian palabok for my 1st visit. I really liked palabok even as a kid so I was delighted to try it. Their palabok didn't turn me down. Serving size wasn't skimpy as well. For my next visit, I tried their veg moussaka partly because it sounded so exotic hehe! I love it! It was really soft and food was served very warm. I really like how I can recognize the eggplant, potatoes and the chickpeas very well. It was creamy but not heavy.

Their Veg Caldereta is quite spicy, not the ordinary caldereta. I can taste the different spices and the olives! The veg tuna steak used in it was okay though it reminds me of meatloaf. And oh, their vegan chocolate cake!! I super love it. It reminds me of my tita's chocolate cake. It has the chewy goodness. The more I come back to try their other dishes, the more I fall in love with the place :3"

"The place is classy and comfortable. It needs better air conditioning though.

The food is delicious!

The Kos Salata: salad greens with figs, grapes, cheese, candied nuts, and sundried tomatoes. Good mix of flavors: sweet figs and grapes, sharp cheese, and sour tomatoes. Fresh and vibrant! A nice starter or pang-alis suya.

The Moussaka: layers of eggplant, potato, and minced beef, smothered with Bechamel sauce. It's like lasagna, with potatoes and egpplant as noodles. What makes the dish delicious and unique is the subtle charred flavor of the meat, which is perfect with the creaminess of the sauce. Tasty, just heavy on the tummy.

The Solomos is grilled salmon, with roasted vegetables and lemon oil. The fish is fresh and moist. It's also amply seasoned and perfectly grilled. Equally flavorful are the vegetables. Masarap! A good date dish, too!

Kotopoulo: roasted chicken, served with a roasted red bell pepper sauce and potatoes. The chicken is tasty and well... read more"
