sisig hooray is probably my Go-to almost food sisig. the balance and taste of the sisig sauce is sweet, while the flesh itself satisfy the chewing. the addition of green ladt finger chili paprika gives this light kick, but not exaggerated. the rice can, however, be evaporated. been craving for sisig lately and I saw new branch of them in glorietta food court so I tried. Price was decent and it came with egg. It was bit wet, the wet kind of sisig. Friend told me that mayo makes it wet which I didn't know, I should has asked them to put less mayo and maybe would have been better. Wasn't that bad for the price. I would eat again.
