"Food is decent but expensive. They did a recent price hike. Rice went up 50%. Virtually everything else went up at least 15%. It was already premium prices before. There is inflation and then there is greed. The same quality can be found elsewhere for much less. Sorry guys you lost a loyal customer that has been going there for over 2 years."

"Ghareeb Nawaz means Big Hearted and the owner is just that. The service was awesome and the food was authentic and delicious. You can tell it is freshly made. Will be back to try some more dishes from their menu."

"This place serves authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine no fusion or Western influences so the names of most dishes on the menu were not familiar to me. Luckily, I was with my friend from Pakistan and he explained the dishes to me and made recommendations. I had sampled the chicken biryani once when he got some take out for us (yummy) and I was ready to try traditional breakfast foods like halwa puri, murgh chana, kulcha, and aloo paratha. We ordered some mutter paneer as well and it was so good! Delicious flavours, and the prices are fantastic!"

"When craving authentic Indian but not wanting to go to Gerrard st. this is our Go-to place. Intimate location, friendly service, excellent quality food, fair prices, good portions... only 'critique' would be to remove the pictures of food from the window ... it downgrades what's inside..... on the other hand maybe that's good for us!!"

"Great place to grab a quick bite without burning a hole in your pocket. Its safe to say that the pricing of everything here is extremely reasonable and probably cheaper than most other places serving similar food. The menu here is short and simple and the main draw is the biryani. The owner Munir Bozai is extremely friendly and a gentleman. Always deals with you with a smile on his face. And obviously his Biryani is pretty well know in the community. Also try the rolls.BTW< its a take out. Just one small table to sit and eat. You can call and place the order."
