"De nature plutôt gourmand, mais néanmoins gourmet, je ne suis généralement pas vraiment adepte des chaines/franchises en tout genre.L'Hippo de Blois, c'est avant tout un accueil agréable ... puis apéritif pris en terrasse au soleil...Puis, après une petite entrée sympa, nous avons opté pour des pièces de boeuf à partager: qualité de la viande exceptionnelle, "du beurre" , qualité de la cuisson exceptionnelle, un vrai "bleu et chaud à l'intérieur", garnitures et sauces à volonté pour les plus affamés ...Une deuxième visite à quelques jours d'intervalle vient bien confirmer que le hasard n'est pour rien ... accueil très chaleureux du directeur qui n'hésite pas à vous conseiller, plats ou vins, et viande/ cuisson aussi bonne que lors de la soirée précédente.Pour les amoureux d'une bonne viande, à conseiller sans aucune hésitation ...Merci pour ces deux soirées si agréables ..."
