"I have a new york strip with the truffle mac cheese and a double-baked kartoffel. absolutely delicious taste of everything. the service of the bartender, dennis, was excellent. if I'm in town next time. be careful with those when they only have allergies. the only one they have is the crambrule I got, but I didn't care. She looked good and tasted like quality ingredients, just not my kind dessert."

"Although the area is somewhat rough, this was a large olive garden. Our waiter was excellent, the whole food was top notch and the portions were bigger than our usual OG location. Great food, nice clean restaurant. Very recommended! Food: 5/5"

"Arrived and was rushed to a table. Even though the restaurant was about a third full, everyone was crowded on one side of the restaurant. No water was given to the table. Dumplings are pre frozen Sysco and had a chemical taste. Ordered two dishes Beef Pad Thai with flat noodles and Chicken pad thai with glass noodles. The beef dish had burnt sesame oil, so it was inedible. The chicken dish was so bland a saltine cracker would have been more flavorful. I looked for something to season the dish and all that was on the table was cheap salt/pepper that was more like talcum powder. We sent the beef dish back and have sworn off ever coming back. Horrible restaurant and experiance."

"Food was good but am disappointed. Best Shrimp cocktail in Dallas? I don't think so, we stated on the Open table that it was our4 7th anniversary. We also told our waitress and expected at a minimum for the manager to come over and say hello. Nothing. I had researched online that this was among the best seafood places in Dallas, I am sad to say I disagree, Maybe the downtown location is better, but the Royal Lane location just did not meet or exceed our expectations. The food was not bad--it was just good. The noise level was awful, but I guess that's just the way it is. I am sorry I cannot recommend it"
