"We ended up here due to the place we were going to eat was closed. The first thing they told us was the wait would be 20 minutes due to staff shortage; usually a bad sign in the hospitality business.We decided to sit at the bar, it wasn 't too crowed but we did wait around 10 minutes to sit. I believe the best place to be at any restaurant or bar is the bar! People watch and you get to meet the friendly bartenders.Fatima was at the bar with a huge smile and a can do attitude. She was awesome recommending things to try and the mimosas were AMAZING. Perfect balance of bubbly to orange juice.The pizza and house spicy maple sausage we ordered felt fresh and tasted really good. Everything was perfectly balanced.Morgan was also helping at the bar making sure we had everything we needed.We live close to the Eldorado Pkwy location but for things in life we ended in the one in Addison. Excellent accident! Great staff! Amazing service!!Fatima thank for taking care of us on Sunday. We shall return."

"Just trying carmines for the first time, easy some of the best I had. crust? 10. sauce? 10. the best disc I had in a long time. but what my heart stole was how clean this place was. the dining room could be simple, but it is the cleanest 40-year-old restaurant I have ever seen. as a former fine dining chef I am surprised as this was the first time that I noticed the cleanliness. it was so good that it caught my attention. this place knows how to guide a restaurant to the right way and I will go back weekly"

"SERVICE IS TRASH, GARBAGE! Placed an order online last night 10/9/22 email said my food would be ready 7:51 I'm in front of restaurant 8:00 and they call me to tell me that they don't have any Alfredo Sauce and if I wanted to just cancel my order or order something else, like why wait till after my order should be ready to contact me. When I told them to just refund me my money they got the Manager Jess on the line and her excuse was that the kitchen had just informed them about running out of Alfredo sauce and she said it was because there was a car accident outside the restaurant that had nothing to do with the kitchen or the staff. It was a car accident that happened in the parking lot amongst customers and it was just a fender bender. TERRIBLE EXCUSE. Manager should be reprimanded for allowing her staff to act in such a way and manner."
