"Went here for the first time with friends. We were going to the Spectrum to see the Charlotte Horten's basketball game and this establishment was in walking distance. We were very impressed with the atmosphere. Our waiter was very helpful. I gave 1 less star because it took a long time before our entree arrived. Thankfully we had ordered appetizers. I was unable to eat all my food but the waiter put it in the fridge and I picked it up after the gave. One thing to remember they validate parking. Would definitely come back again when we're not in a hurry."

"I have been a customer since the first week they opened and I love this place! The products they sell are excellent and I find it very convenient to stop in and buy a home made dinner all ready to go! I am also a huge fan of their lunch items I love the soups, salads and focaccia. The pre prepared meals on the menu include pasta and meat dishes, fish, chicken pot pie and quiches. Everything tastes like it's homemade, and I love their selection of olive oils and wines. They even sell cute little dishes and cookbooks. The owners and staff are always very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend."

"Could not even get waited on! Sat for 30 minutes while 2 waitresses walked by MANY times. Finally walked out after the “manager” called us rude and wanted to do nothing to make it right. Made a reservation because I was so looking forward to eating here after not being in Charlotte for 50 years! Such a disappointment!!"

"Man and I tried this place for the first time on Friday. our neighbor suggested it so after he said it was better then our favorite local pizza place. we were skeptical that we have gone to the same place for 16 years and love him. but romeo and julia have more to offer and the lasagne pizza was for to die! we will definitely try some new articles again."
