"If someone were to ask me to put together a list of once-in-a-lifetime meals that I'd like to eat many, many times in my lifetime, this legendary restaurant would be near the top. There aren't many better dining experiences in Westchester, especially when it comes to hospitality and atmosphere. Words cannot adequately describe our experience at Vento. Chef Francesco is incredibly talented at what he does. This quaint spot in New Rochelle is a hidden gem that I am so happy to have discovered. The food is exceptional; everything we ate was executed just right. We started with a trio of crudo: salmon, yellowtail, and tuna. The fish was fresh and served in a delightful sauce. The oysters were spectacular, topped with Frank's homemade salsa. The pasta dish was orgasmic. The filet of fish was exemplary. And the wine pairing was prize-worthy. Overall, Vento stole our hearts. It's just a really great restaurant, with really great food, that you can be confident will please pretty much anyone you're planning to have dinner with. Thank you Chef Francesco!"
