"We have eaten almost 10 times here and always had a positive experience. I'm very picky about my Mac cheese. Nick has the best I had at every barbecue in several states. I love the smoked chicken ducks. The chicken is super tender. Amazing! Also, because I grew up in WI, I never know Banana pudding. I can't leave Nick without having anything. This is our visit to BBQ."

"I liked it but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be more “gourmet” than a “house sandwich”. Now I’m not better than a house sandwich, but I reserve that fare for my own home. As for the shop itself it was very cozy, felt just like I was in my grandma’s kitchen! I ordered the roast beef on focaccia which was fine but it was a little too toasty dare I say burnt. The side items are very tasty but way too small. Overall a nice time, the ladies are friendly, and I love downtown Acworth!"

"The bartenders/waitstaff here are pretty great. A couple of the cooks do a great job and a couple of others are very inconsistent. This seems to be the issue with every restaurant in Cobb County though. Food will be completely different if you order the same plate on 3 different trips. Ratios of seasoning, color of sauce, freshness of various produce-type pizza ingredients. It's kind of wild, but the staff cares and will do their best to make it right. They have beer and wine specials which also keeps us coming back for more. Thanks Capos"
