"This family-owned restaurant serves traditional dishes you'd be likely to find in people's homes, and it is very affordable. It also makes good pizza, both for lunch and for dinner. I had a number of meals there during a long stay in Palazzolo Acreide. I particularly enjoyed the agnolotti stuffed with mushrooms in butter and sage, and the pasta norma. The menu includes two types of snails, each cooked two different ways. The no-frills dining room offers a view of the open kitchen. The family was very welcoming, and I enjoyed dining there."
