"Chroma is beautiful and the food is great. The service is slow (from seating to service) and mildly unaccommodating. Service: We asked for drinks they showcased on their Social Media but said they could inly make those drink during dinner service. The bartender had all the ingredients yo make the drink but because it’s in the dinner menu they wouldn’t make it for brunch. Experience: Even with a reservation we still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Then once seated we waited another 15 minutes for a server to greet us. Once greeted, it took about 12 minutes for her to come back with water for the table. At this point I stopped timing because clearly everything is slow. Our entire dining experience lasted 2 1/2 hours because of the speed of service and we ended up taking the rest of our meal to go. Overall if you are not on a schedule Chroma is nice for a group meal. The quality of the food is great but the service is lacking."

"Very popular so come in early or late if you dislike waiting (1st come, 1st served). We went at 1015 PM and still waited (2 parties ahead of us). Food was great, we got the Tako, Krabby Patty and Tonkotsu Ramen. Not sure about the Tako, a little too sour for me, the sour overwhelmed everyting else but the tako was grilled perfectly ?. Krabby Patty was perfectly crispy. Ramen was what a ramen should be ?. Service was awesome. I wasn't too crazy about how loud it was, bearable though. Would definitely come back and try the other items on the menu!"

"Delicious! Best Spain inspired food outside of Barcelona. We keep coming back for more and more to get our fix. All the dishes are great but cannot beat the classic. Pan con tomate, meet and everything else. Have not had one bad thing here. And the drinks are even better. Great selection!"

Its heart and soul is its beverage selection, where bottomless mimosas and sangrias shine. These refreshing concoctions are generously poured and burst with vibrant flavors, sure to delight any brunch enthusiast or sangria lover.Where Santiago's Bodega perhaps doesn't reach the zenith is in its food. The fare is decent, but it's not something that will take you on a culinary journey. That said, it's far from disappointing the tapas are good, just not groundbreaking. A diverse range of flavors are present in the menu, but none are particularly memorable or unique.That said, Santiago's Bodega offers an enjoyable experience overall. It's a great place to unwind and indulge in your favorite drink, with an ambiance that's hard to beat. While the food could use a bit more creativity and flair, the restaurant's charm lies in its inviting atmosphere and excellent mimosas and sangrias. This eatery earns a solid 4 stars and remains a great spot to meet friends for a leisurely weekend brunch."

"The best restaurant in Orlando! My second visit. Drinks are overpriced significantly. Our server Ismael made the visit perfect. He did not miss a beat. I have no problem paying for that overpriced drink to get service like that. Food was great too."

"I love the food here. The waiting staff is extremely nice and helpful. The atmosphere was beautiful with lots of natural light and modern decor. The food was good. I had chickens and waffles. This could be more syrup, but great taste nevertheless I give it 8.5/10. Lamb sliders were juicy and the bread was soft. I'll give it 8/10. The roasted potatoes were unexpectedly sharp and crispy. Didn't taste bad, just not my preference. I'll give the 6.5/10. Overall great experience and will definitely return."
