"I'll try to keep this remark about this place simple because there's little to say. Nothing negative in my last visit just a couple of days ago the food was incredibly awesome. The service has always was terrific the order was taken wonderfully on the phone and I was as always greeted with reverence and respect by the individual at the front desk. That said something actually impressed me instead of putting me off 90% of the time I think when I'm going to all the locations of this chain mind you I think there's only about a half a dozen in our county. The breakfast burritos or the tortillas sandwiches are normally cut in half and then wrapped either separately or with foil on this occasion all three of the rap or burrito like items I got were not cut it was actually in my opinion wonderful it created last mess and for some reason the turkey club and the AZ burrow for some reason had a better taste than almost to them. I was incredibly impressed God bless the entire staff you guys are the best.Dietary restrictions: Interesting. I probably shouldn't remark on this one cuz it's maybe more of a personal thing. However I have found at some of the locations mind you not here in Tempe at my favorite location the best. But at some of the locations for some reason when I phone up and ask for a certain items without certain things on it they seem to ask me if they allergy? I want to I guess to the betterment in the patience of the individuals on the phone that might feel like I'm a little put off or uneasy by such a question I guess maybe it's just who I am and where I come from. I tend to wonder if it was necessary or important for me to point out to you that it is an allergy I would do so. Mine do yes I do have an allergy to certain things but I tend to come from a hospitality restaurant background enough to know that if a customer says they want something a certain way could it not just be easy enough and simple enough to make it that way without having to ask whether it's an algae or not? Maybe I'm the one who doesn't understand no problem"

"Good prices but customer service is lacking. Seemed like the owner was there chatting with his friends and couldn't be bothered to help anyone. Like many places, they appear understaffed. Waited 15 mins to be helped with a walk-in. Not ideal but understandable. The cupcakes and cookies are delicious! And fairly priced. Good variety as well. I'd return again! But, with lack of customer service it's not a new favorite."

"Went to the Windsor for lunch, it was fairly busy but we were seated immediately inside. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, both options are equally appealing. The building has tons of character as well as the outdoor patio area. The service was great, we ordered burgers and fish and chips. Everything tasted excellent. Loved the experience, would definitely back."

"Last month I would have given this place a half star. But they let go most if not all slackers. This is now the only subway I go, and there are four who choose in my area. Political personnel and subs are now in place. My only concern is bread. I have to say it has improved 100%, but still needs work. Mostly, they just have to score a little longer and prove."

"I’ve driven by Kneaders Arcadia a million times and finally decided to check it out. The Thai Chicken salad was fresh and the dressing was AMAZING but the chicken itself was subpar. I will definitely be hitting the drive thru frequently in the future for the iced green tea. They also have a huge selection of desserts I plan to try. You can also expect quick and friendly service."

"The Gelato spot never lets disappoint, and at this point the place for my girlfriend and I pick up a sweet treat. You have a great selection of gelatos at reasonable prices and always have friendly and attentive staff. It is also located in a good location near several restaurants so if you are not the dessert menu where you are nearby, I recommend you to satiate over the Gelato Spot that sweet tooth!"
