"Second visit to The Junction, a restaurant within the Moama Bowling Club. Beautifully crafted meals using local ingredients, tastes as good as it looks, if not better. Great service, beautiful surroundings, some excellent offerings on the wine list. Very affordable try the Sunday...Tasting Session great experience!"

"Quick service fantastic Vietnamese salad and BLT were really delicious. I had a late that wasn’t so nice. Did feel a bit pressured to finish our meals for the waitress to take our plates and wine not quite finished. Part from that great location."

"Did the wine tasting at Morrison's followed by lunch. The wines are OK - nothing outstanding but we did particularly enjoy the moscato style Pink Fronti - the 2015 vintage. We also liked the Barrel Aged Tawny and the Muscat. But for lunch we had a glass of their sparkling white and their Sav Blanc. We chose 4 of the small plate dishes to share for lunch. There were some very interesting combinations. We loved the fried cuttlefish in a blue corn taco, the BBQ Canadian scallops and the Wagyu beef chorizo. The smoked sweet potato was ok but not as tasty as the other dishes. The service was very efficient and friendly and the setting is very peaceful alongside gum trees with the Murray River just a short walk away. Special thanks to Bayley who provided great service for the wine tasting."

"The change to the menu was extremely disappointing! especially the gourmet sauces have disappeared. I missed the table service that was always efficient and friendly. the table where we sat for 8 people at a booking of 6.00 a.m. was extremely loud, but other tables remained empty during our sittings, which was the area that I thought was the area closest to the restaurant in the open. we went through the sound early, as I think where we were sitting, in an area of the overflow of the bar. the food was served in time. the eating itself was good pub fair, but nothing spectacular the “inferno” sauce would have been a welcome supplement to my meal, sad that and various other missing items, which we all rejoiced, just a common meal. the prizes were for what we were served, I would say on the high side."
