"Indifferent waiting staff, ok hamburger, under seasoned. I get it people when they think this is a great neighborhood spot because they are really sick at raup chain places. I was a night before a concert in bristow. everyone can have one night, but must say that I had a better eating in other chain restaurants nearby and we were under one of three tables eating dinner at 6:00 on Thursday. yes early, but hey, had to hear dead and co. I'm looking for and supporting local owners, but I wouldn't come if I'm in town for a concert. owners seemed more interest in frisking waiting staff than sitting in us"

"Everything was fine at Carmella's, as usually. Great service, gret food, very fair prices.I do have a complaint about using OpenTable to make a reservation. I made the reservatio an hour on advance AND received an email confirmation, however when we showed up at the restaurant Open Table had not yet called the restaurant and notified them of the reservation. As it worked out Carmella's was able to seat us immediately.I emailed a complaint to OpenTable and the response I got was that I had not showed up on time and that the restaurant had charged my credit card a fee as a result and that I should call the restaurant. I knew this was not true because I paid in cash and neither OpenTable nor the restaurant had my credit card number. Also when I called the restaurant they new nothing about this situation.Happy with Carmella's but not with OpenTable"

"This restaurant is a real gem, and the owner, Chef Robert is a great host. His cheesesteaks are amazing, with a lot of attention to small details: quality rolls, lightly toasted, so as to not get soggy, special recipe beef slabs, different cheese options, and the seasoned onions. Chef Robert gave me a tour of his kitchen and showed me his process. He can make a quality, hand crafted, steak sandwich at near drive through speed. Now, doing delivery, he's going to take over. Kudos Robert Kristen."
