"The place was Clean, Friendly service. Food was alright even better depending on what You ordered, or expected based on the pics of food. Overall We had a pleasant experience, a little pricey for the food portions so-so quality. We did have a lovely atmosphere with literally No Other diners in the restaurant. Just a few people at the bar other than Us in the whole restaurant"

"The Mac and cheese tasted like straight cheddar according to the wife she couldnt eat it, as if she was eating a block of cheddar. And the fried pickles are in fact good, soggy from the drive but thats fine, however they were REALLY sweet and borderline unenjoyable. The pretzels were fantastic and chicken was good despite the lack of seasoning on them. The cheese curds were also still good even though the drive made them meld together. We agree this place is probably better in person."

"We decided to try the Philly Cheesesteak. We both ordered it without lettuce or tomato. (We both thought it was a little odd to have those on it. Maybe next time we'll try it that way. It was a LOT of food. Delicious for sure. There was about a 10 minute wait from when we ordered until it was ready. We liked that it was made as we ordered and not just sitting around waiting for us. We would definitely eat here again. I meant to try their lemonade but totally forgot to order it. Next time! It was a warm day, but it was warmer inside the building than it was outside. We chose to get our food to go for that reason. We ate in the truck in the parking lot. I don't know if it's always that warm in there, but I was uncomfortable. It was clean in there, but the temp is why I reduced my atmosphere rating."

"Forced to go here because your stellhorn Rd location doesn't answer their phones. First time there, waited 20 minutes while my order was done and sitting forgotten on a counter behind the register. One of your girls on the counter was crying. Had to leave the counter twice? Why's she there? Send her home you monsters. The lady I assume was manager was just complaining about Stellhorn not answering their phones and people calling her to complain. I share her sentiment, but pay attention to your own store and people being ignored. Took 20 minutes before someone noticed I'd been sitting directly in front of the counter waiting. Now it's cold food for my wife and I. A typical Penn Station experience. If my wife didn't make me come here I'd never visit another of your locations in my life. What a happy life that'd be. Quick edit. The food was made incorrectly. Order took incorrectly over the phone. Tastes horrible now. So add overall ineptness on their part. There's no shortage of sandwich shops go somewhere else people. Their quality countinues to slip and they just don't care."
