"Dont be fooled be a decent atmosphere. Waiter never checked back we had to get up and find him to get our check. He never brought back any to-go containers so we could take our extremely mediocre and way to smokey food to our hotel."

"We absolutely loved this place! From the first person in the door to our excellent waiter, John, the staff could not have been better. The atmosphere is so comfortable and all our meals were done perfectly. As we left, we turned to see the live musician who had been playing all evening....he was so good we thought it was a cd of Frank Sinatra. A new favorite place of ours!"

"The kitchen is a bit slow. But for a business meal, when you need to talk shop, it was fine. Friendly knowledgeable, accommodating server. Interesting food well prepared."

"Introduction: We are in Philadelphia, PA aka Philly and we decide to eat here?horrible decision. This was the first and last time I will come to this place they CSU a restaurant! Welcome: No one to greet or sit us. Once someone finally came out he wasnot professional or friendly. Experience: Unpleasant to say the least. At the time of seating there were two adults and onechild and the other adult and child was coming. The waiter said he needed everyone there because they take the order and menusat once. We informed him they are not eating here because they are getting pizza but will be sitting with us. He said ok andtook our orders. When the two other people sat down to join us they had pizza and was about to eat when the older worker (Iguess he was the host because he seated us but it was hard to tell, he was kind of all over the place) came over to our tableloudly and rudely told them they could not eat that pizza there (at our table). Now I understand the restaurant not wantingsomeone eating food from another establishment at their place but, one the waiter could have told us that when we first informedhim they were coming with pizza and two the older man could have said it to us quietly not making a scene in front of othercustomers. Ambiance: Initially we were dining outside but it began to rain so we were given a table inside. I would have rathereaten outside in the rain (but it was good to go inside because if not I would have never seen how unsanitary this place was). The carpet was filthy, the trash can was in the dining area open with no lid, the blinds were dirty with stains, the restroomhad tissue all over the floor and was like a tight rabbit hole. The trash can in the bathroom was open again no lid. As a finaleto what was one of the dirtiest places I have ever stepped foot in, to eat at, one of the waiters tried to ?score a basket? bythrowing a tissue into the open trash can (the one in the dining area) an unfortunately he did not score"

"I ordered pancakes and it tasted extremely floury. My potatoes were completely hard. I tried several times biting it but it wasnt edible. No one likes to waste their money but I definitely felt that I wasted mine here. Nothing was worth what I paid. There wasn't enough effort nor skill put into the dishes. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here again. Parking is tough because it's in reading terminal. And it is hard to find a seat most times."

"Droves an hour from Egg Harbor Township, NJ to treat my son to a Philly Cheese Steak. We have the best Philly cheese steak in Philadelphia and CLEAVERS was one of the choices. I couldn't agree with her choice anymore. I ordered my own in the menu. The ribbed eye was cut thinly to perfection. The Hoagie-Brot was amazing and roasted exactly right. I also added some of these hot cherry pepper relish that was a delicious compliment. The bartender was a cough and made sure everyone was happy. Many great beers too! Calm down. A must try."

"Probably one of the worst experiences I had here. We were warned, there was a 10-minute waiting time to make an order so we expected the kitchen might be backed up. No sweat. But 30 minutes after sitting, we hadn't ordered, so we asked. Our server, Kelly, took our order. I thought, hey, maybe they're trapped, we're gonna go well. But 45 minutes after the order, cups empty with molten ice, we asked when the food can come. The server not Kelly), who approached us, asked rudely whether we just wanted to pay out, they could have given an ETA in good, apparently. Really, Cedar Point? I understand. I work in the food service. I understand. But the absolute mere minimum could have been courteous customer service. I guess that was too much to ask. It looks like we're eating cereals tonight:"
