"WOW! What a happening place. Treat yourself to the Fizzy Apricot Punch. (There's magic in it, I swear. The BBQ Bacon Burger will make you cry out in joy. (Tell them to put the bun on the side to serve...it's SO juicy with flavor The Vegetable Plate with Cornbread is like a homecoming. Everything was delicious, service was da bomb, and I can't wait to come back. Next time I'm tryin' one of those desserts!"

"In new orleans. without visiting Toyo’s meatery, you could not go because it was recommended by family members who are food, and our experienced lived up to our expectations and beyond. we asked our server for advice and help and she was very helpful and informative. we had an order of the racks of elch, the boudin balls and a gurkensalat. we enjoyed every teller and share it between man and woman. we recommend a visit in nola. and we hope to return in the future for another visit."

"LOOK AT THE excessive GREASE. And the Lady that runs it is rude. Been there for my gurl many times, When I order the Shrimp pasta, they pile on, fill the container with pasta and give very few shrimp. REALLY ? . How is BAKED FISH with So much Oil and Grease ? . Yet they charge so much. I see they Mostly cater to US Negroes, SMH . Watch what you get for the Money You PayGod bless ? ?"

"Came here because we saw the owner on queer eye and we had previously planned a trip to NOLA. I ordered the BLT on Ciabatta, and my girlfriend ordered another Sandwich with prosciutto. We grabbed 2 drinks and chips from the cooler and shelf. Total was maybe $25 which was great. The sandwich was loaded with delicious crispy bacon and was just as good a few hours later."

"My husband found this gem while on vacation in NOLA. We’re always looking for vegan fare when we travel, and this did not disappoint. I ordered the Sneaky Pickle plate (and giggled as I did) and my jaw dropped when they brought it out. Who’d have thought “The Sneaky Pickle Plate” would be rainbow art, too pretty to eat?? I was legitimately sad to destroy it.We even looked over at other tables getting their food and thought “Man, that looks amazing, too!” I wish I had a bigger belly so I could have tried everything. I guess we’ll just have to come back!"

"We stopped by this place back in May 2021 during my bday trip to NOLA. This was by far the best place we ate at while there (saw it while we were waiting in line for the French Market restaurant. and decided to go there the next day) My husband is a HUGE raw oyster fanatic and said those were the best oysters he's had, EVER! Bar staff was amazing and friendly."

"While the service was initially a little slow (they were busy, we had more geduld, then a few other reviewers here seems) than our waitress was able to visit us, the dinge ran great! Eating was tasteful and fill! She loved her grilled chicken salad and I enjoyed the fried garnel plate. I strongly recommend cafe to anyone who visits the opposite!"
