"I just saw the response to my original post and I have to say I was really impressed by it. The response feels genuine like I said before I know how hard it can be to be constantly cheerful for the public. We’ll be back and I’m changing my rating to five starts. I really appreciate the apology and the response. Original Post: We've been going here for years and years. The staff changes constantly so service has always been so so (although if you are lucky enough to catch Ziggy, an owner, he's amazing). I come from a restaurant family, and I'm well aware of how difficult it is to deal with the public and so I don't usually get offended by a salty attitude. This morning I was bringing my girls to school and we stopped in they got their usual, a cinnamon roll for one and a jalapeño sausage croissant for the other. We stepped outside to eat: they usually warm the croissant, but this morning it wasn't warmed. I told my daughter to go back inside and ask them to warm it (I believe that it's Ziggy's bro in law working the counter) she was nervous and I told her it would be fine, they weren’t busy and to go ahead. Well no she got a lecture about how she was supposed to ask when it was ordered, that he usually won't heat the food if you ask after it's ordered. After the lecture he did warm it, but she was mortified. She’s 13, very soft spoken and very polite. I don't understand this but I don't need to. There are plenty of other bakeries we can give our money to, so no worries Patisserie you won’t have to warm our pastries anymore."

"Go here, and you're going to wish you listened to my review. My boyfriend, and I went here for lunch, and was so disappointed. Firstly, we were the only ones in line and it took about five minutes for someone to help us. While the lady was helping us, shewas literally having a conversation, with her coworker while taking the order. So everything that I was saying, I had to keeprepeating, because she did not hear me due to her talking. This point, im already frustrated. We get to the checkout, she tellsme all their fountain drinks, are flat. Ok, we get bottle drinks. Rings me up for 1 bottle and 1 fountain drink, and gives methe wrong bottle drink. I correct her, then we get to the table. The nacho chips they serve with every order? STALE!????Almostbroke a tooth. Everything was just so cold, and nasty. Customer service? extra trash. Never ever coming here again."

"This location has the WORST staff EVER!!! very rude and incompetent! Can't get the orders right, always goofing off instead of doing their job!! Stay off your phone, wear your face mask! Its not that hard. Went to this location one other time and the staff was no where to be found. Had several cars including myself leave very angry bc no one was answering drive thru!! Probably the worst Wendy's in Metairie!!!!! Never again. I wish I didn't even have to put one star to leave a review. They aren't even good enough to have one star!!!!!!!"

"This is a must visit place in New Orleans (Metairie)!! I only get one thing here, but I’ve tried several of their dishes and they are all AMAZING! The BANG BANG SHRIMP though!!! Nothing else like it! I could honestly eat that every day. Over rice or in a Banh Mi!! They have a great selection of fries as well! K-Town fries are my go to. The customer is as great as the food! Even when there is a problem, it’s not a problem!! And they are very tech savvy! I can leave notes in my Uber eats comments and they actually follow them! Most places don’t care enough to go that extra mile. Oh, they are fast too!! I’m usually 20mins away if I do pick up; and they make the food in 10-15mins (2 people order), deliver 30-40min."
