"For the first time we enjoyed good meals 12/1/21. homemade before place and very satisfying for us, chicken pot cake, creamy truthahn and sweet soup, baked and fried alaskan kabeljau. eating was not fat and tasted good. the personal was friendly, beautiful wood and brick in the historic building. nice block to hang out thanks to green park over the street and the inner city road and pavement upgrades. we look forward to the return. with small beer, $33."

"We had the opportunity to eat here on a date. There are so many things to do down town and this place is within walking distance. I almost never give a bad review but the food was just so awful. The service was amazing but the food... We had tacos, fried pickles, and hush puppies. The tacos were like small street tacos, they looked fantastic! BUT the tacos were so freaking spicy I couldn't taste the food. I like spicy food A LOT. So much so, that I eat sriracha and Tabasco by the spoon fulls but these were so loaded there was no way anyone sensitive to spicy food could have eaten it. On to the fried pickles... more like fried crunchy salt. Here again, I love salty food, but these were so fn salty it burned my mouth. The hush puppies were just as salty. Let the customer season the food. I will always try it again, I think it's stupid to condemn anything based off of one bad experience. Although, I was mad after eating the food because I felt disrespected as a customer knowing that if I had taken my family here they wouldn't have been able to eat the food. I hope if you do take a chance and eat here, please ask about the spices! Have a great day!"
