"Food was great. Wonderful server. Only thing wrong was we had invited a few older friends to have lunch with us and we were given a table with benches, nothing to support their backs. We asked for another table as they would not be able to have their brunch comfortably without regular chairs with back support. We waited for a table, but even though the party had paid, they were not ready to leave the table they wanted to give us. We finally asked for two tables to be push together so we could go on with our lunch. Next time, ask for a table with regular chairs when we make our reservation"

"Dear reader. This particular evening I entered my local McDonalds location in Waterdown, and placed an order of 37 packages of granulated nuts. I was estatic to discover that peanuts had been added to the menu, and waited in eager anticipation for my order to be called. However, when it came time to receive my order, I was greatly disappointed. The staff informed me that one can only receive an order of 37 granulated nuts when also ordering a sundae. I was devastated, even humiliated to hear the news in the presence of my comrades, and am thoroughly disgusted that a regular patron should be treated in such manner. McDonald's Waterdown has brought great shame to the great name of their cooperation, and next time one thinks to bring their business to this establishment, I ask you, think of my experience. I am pleased to inform you fine reader that there is a Tim Hortons situated across the parking lot, that which provides service at a much higher level. I feel personally attacked and warn other patrons to take their families elsewhere. Thank you for your patience, and I anticipate by my return, that McDonalds will have reevaluated their customer courtesy policy."

"I thought that this would be a spot with great food....instead the food is only average. service is ho-hum. The opportunity for this place to have great food and really make this an awesome place has not been met. Food is average at best ( burgers were pre-fabbed ) .for the price you have to pay here I may as well just go to Burger King."
