Comparing to the ones in Burlington, the Waterdown McD doesn't seem as crowded or understaffed. The managers different ones on different weekends supervise the staff and food orders closely. McDonald's is McDonald's, but the smell of the fries from the ventilating system helps draw one inside. Really don't think it is as good as bygone days, and while the prices keep going up, keep going back as it is quick and convenient. Lots better fast-food hamburgs, but OK for a quick snack.
