"We haven’t been here since the menu changes. Gone are the hatch burger and the turkey burger and the pickle plate. we don’t know why these items had to be removed because they were standard selections for us. Onion rings are always great."

"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"Iâve been to umami on many occasions but not since Covid. I understand some things will/should change but⦠using to go boxes, plastic containers for sauces etc while dining in just feels lazy. The service was pretty bad although everyone is nice, maybe chalk it up to social distancing but the bartender didnât even have a mask on so Iâm hard pressed to use that as an excuse. The food felt not special unlike the umami burger I recall. We left full but underwhelmed sorry to say."

"That was our first time here and eating and service was excellent. also or drinks were delicious. luisa our waitress was extraordinary. she was very attentive and made our stay very memorable and adaptable. we would definitely come back when we return to the opposite."

"First of all, we had to remind the hostess that we were waiting to be sat and apparently she sat a different couple with our reservation. We then asked to move indoors because it was cold and the host asked us to carry our own food to our table which was at the far end of the restaurant. To top it off the burger we ordered was dry. We sent the food back, got the check and left. Very unsatisfying experience."
