"Al Qud's is a real treat. I have come here since the first lockdown, travelling from as far as Stevenage and London just for the pure taste and brilliant food (ma sha Allah). The flavour feels like traditional home cooked Palestinian and Middle Eastern food. Recently, I ordered a full lamb with rice, salad, sides and garnish. Totally within budget. The feedback from friends and family was amazing. They all asked where I purchased the food from and when I told them it was from Luton, they really could understand why I would choose a caterer outside of London and that far away! Ismail, the head chef and owner, really deserves the credit here. Myself being in the catering business would much sooner recommend Al Qud's because they give you great food, taste and a fair price. I wish, and pray, the business succeeds in all their endeavours."

"A gem of a discovery is the Cafe Nobar. Off the busy castle street you will be greeted by solace and a smile. Look out for the Cafe Nobar signage on the street just diagnolly opposite Matalan. First thing you notice on entering the cafe is the lovely local produce including pickles, oils and of course Nobar very own coffee. (I could not resist purchasing some beans for office indulgence) The second thing you notice is the welcoming smile from Chris. I was quickly made to feel welcome and ordered a coffee and veggie brekkie (pics attached). When prompted Chris was happy to tell me about the Nobar and the good community work it serves. Coffee and brekkie were on point and I was tempted to stay longer but work was pressing. The cafe nobar is a short walk from luton but not so far from the premier inn and the car parks on the south side of town. The cafe does have the added bonus of free WiFi and I definitely will be returning this time with a lot more time to spare!"
