"The dishes of canon are always a unique mix of ingredients. with so many odd combinations it can be met or miss. often it is too sharp for our og taste buds and like this time was everything we ordered, a hit. the hamachi crudités was a delicious mix of fish, seaweed and delicious satsumas. the memorized ahi was made perfect. we had the arugula salad and have blown up every last granate seed. it was nice and warm and cozy on the outside space and we felt a little safer by covid than inside. the service was also very good. the weeping through the glass list is limited, but the craft cocktails are excellent."

"This was one of the best things I did in Sacramento when I visited in December. What you see here was swallowed so quickly. Chicken roasted mushroom pupe. It was 100% vegan and 100% delicious. I ordered it with one side of the daily special Brussels shoot. I don't regret anything. I would have eaten here every day, but they were closed for the next two days. Thank you for coming to my country. "

"There was a young lady with short blonde hair as the bartender and she had a very unpleasant attitude. Besides 4 people at the bar, the place was empty. Me and my boyfriend sat down at the bar, ready to order, and waited... and waited.... She didn 't say hello, or even acknowledge us.. after a few minutes of being ignored, a man walked in, stood next to us, and she IMMEDIATELY took his order and made his drink. After that display of intentional rudeness, we waved our hands at her and said uh excuse me..? At this point she appearantly realized she could no longer ignore us and flatly asked what she could get for us. We put in a VERY simple order: 1 Jet burger, 1 vegan Jet burger, no tomatoes, 1 side of fries and 1 order of vegan cheese fries, add Jet sauce. 28 minutes later we recieved 2 Jet burgers with no tomatoes, 1 order of fries with regular cheese, NO sauce and a side of fries. Well they got the one side of fries right... after that, we decided the staff couldn 't care less, so we left and ate somewhere else. We will not be coming back. I understand it 's difficult to hire good people, but that sort of incompetence is beyond acceptable."
