"My girls found this restaurant here, reserved for my jga. arrived there, it was only called "they are". we were received " average age 35" zero drunk. Thank you. in the restaurant the service personnel proved to be very inflexible. when there was then a complaint about rohem bifteki, this was commented with an aha and nothing further done. of the size of the portion not to mention. enough kartoffels were on it. the bifteki had to be searched. then when paying and again mentioning that it is a shame that a raw bifteki is calculated, it said that no one would have said anything! Unfortunately, there is no feeling for the Greek authentic kitchen."

"This place has a salad on the menu, the other ~40 items are all tartes flambée. And you can try a lot of them if you offer them on their All You Can Eat. So this works: you sign a few friends, agree on a tart, share the tart from the same plate and order the next, either immediately or if you are ready. You can stay on the plate for as long as not more than 1/4 of a tart. The big part: Even if your companions are all all modes as long as you can agree on the vegan cream as a basis (and why not you, it is really not much different than the milk version), the staff will be happy to be a section of the tart free from animal products. Half of the tart Arrabiata (bascon, tomatoes, olives, chili, garlic) with smoked tofu instead of bacon? No problem. Your companions want the tart with sweet cream, raspberries, amaretti crunch and custard? The staff will be sure to save a quarter of the tart of Amaretti and Custard trust me, it is still delicious. And if you want a tar that the others don't want and they want one you don't eat? The staff doesn't make it to prep one for you. The concept is simple and honest not so special. But what surprised me and why I will give this place a full score was the professionalism and courtesy of the service team to make proactive suggestions as they (partly) veganize a tart. Even if you are reluctant because you do not want to be regarded as complicated before your companions, the waitress will derive your doubts. Unlike other places that serve omnis, I never have the feeling that I had to guess twice when what it was serving, vegan or not. All in all, I felt very welcome and I definitely look forward to coming back."

"While on a tour through several countries in Western Europe, our tour company stopped in Heidelberg for a lunch stop. While walking down the big shopping street, my husband and I found Big Pommes and ordered lunch. When the plates came, they did not look...like the pictures of the food we ordered. When I politely asked one of the men behind the counter about this, he angrily raced out from the behind the counter, pushed a menu into my face and screamed that he had given me the correct order. Both my husband and I were so startled and in shock, we quickly ate our meals and left while the two men behind the counter gave us angry glances and mumbled angry words under their breathe. Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. This happened in the summer of 2013 and I have still not forgotten this experience."
