"The fact that men ! can still find a free table on Valentine's Day is because Luce is not overcrowded. And that's exactly what I value as quality. Because here men and women can enjoy a fine meal in peace. The tables are positioned with enough space next to the neighboring table so that there is also space for personal conversation. The service has a bit of trouble understanding the language, but we are very friendly and likeable. That fits. By the way, I can also highly recommend the bar as a place for a quiet drink."

"Don't tell my mother in law, but the lovely couple who run this modest restaurant make the best Bosnian food I've eaten outside of Bosnia (where I lived for a few years a while ago). They specialise in pita long rolls of thin dough filled with either cheese, spinach, meat or potato and do them really, really well. Their bean stew is also very good, as is their homemade bread. Have a Turkish coffee to round off your meal. The place is spotless, and while the location isn't particularly nice on one of Lucerne's main thoroughfares it's very convenient, just a stone's throw from the Lion monument, which you shouldn't miss if you're in town. We went there with our two daughters (5+ and 7 months) and felt very welcome, even though it can get a little crammed when many tables are taken. And, always an issue in Switzerland, the prices are very good."
