"I saw the cook take a towel from the floor and wipe the counter where the food is prepared. Extremely disgusting. Also some of the employees lay down while on break. This location makes me feel like I'm in south central. Not even Woodland hills. Management needs to address this asap."

"Wow...this place kinda blew me away! The food was great and very flavorful. Think Chipotle meets Mediterranean. You choose from between a bowl with a variety of greens, a salad, or a pita. Then move down the line adding various Mediterranean flavored veggies, proteins, and sauces. I got a salad w/a mix of arugula romaine and added chicken and beef meatballs along with a few veggies and things. It was delicious! If Mediterranean cuisine is your thing then give Cava a shot! I do have to say...while this place had great food and a friendly staff it clearly LACKED a STRONG managerial presence: tables were dirty, trash area NEEDED to be cleared away and wiped down, trays needed to be removed, the floor needed a good sweeping and mopping, counters needed clearing and wiping. It was just a general feeling that there was nobody manning the ship . Yes, i was there an hour before closing, but it doesn 't matter what time it is; a RESTAURANT,where people go to EAT food that you are making for them, should NEVER feel dirty or unkempt. The booth that I sat at had a table that had remnants of food from the last person who sat there. ALSO, the wall of my booth had splatters from previous customers ' food...thats just gross and lazy. This place wouldve been 5 's but it needs to be cleaner. So, although i recommend the food....i recommend you take it to-go!"

"This place relocated from the Gateway Plaza into a new very nicely furnished place. So much nicer then the previous location with same great food and great family oriented service. The lemon sauce makes the chicken plate so much brighter. The food is so fresh, anything you order is a winner! Huge portions easily shared not that you are gonna want to."

"Very excited to see my submission on happy cow! I thought this would be a great place for people like me who are mainly not vegan / non vegetarian friends. No matter what their nutritional preferences are, they can definitely find something delicious here. I tried the grilled vegetables panini, but asked her to remove the cheese and I got a cup of lens soup both were very delicious. I felt great after what was great! I also recommend the sadaf tee!"

"I ordered the Gyros plate with black beans. The meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The pita bread was nice and warm. The tzatziki sauce was good, their house salad dressing was nice (tangy with some spice) and the hummus was okay. The service was great! During this COVID situation they had sanitizer set up. The place looks nice with a bar/eating area so when everything opens up again I’ll definitely be back."

"This location service has gone completely downhill. Even if you order online and you are notified the time it will be ready-it won't be on time. It's now constantly, it will be 10 more minutes. I won't ordering or coming to this location any more. It's really disappointing. And when I got the order....got ONE piece of broccoli in one order. Unreal. I recommend avoiding this place. Don't waste your time or money."
